1. when and where does the conference take place? Where should I book a room?
The conference will take place from June 13 to 15, 2025 in Vienna, Austria. The exact venue will be announced by email and on our website a few days before the start. Are you traveling from out of town?
Then it's best to book a room near a subway station on the U3 or U1 lines - that way you can reach the conference quickly and easily. In Vienna, you can get around very quickly on the subway.
2. is the conference open to the public?
Yes, the conference is open to anyone who is committed to the principles of anti-racism, anti-colonialism and Palestinian liberation. Due to limited seating, registration and a ticket is required.

4. How much does a ticket cost?
We operate on a solidarity-based pricing model. Ticket prices are on a sliding scale to make the event accessible to as many people as possible. You’ll find details on the registration page.
5. What languages will be spoken at the conference?
The main language of the conference will be English, with some contributions held in German. We are working on providing interpretation between English and German.
6. Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair-accessible. If you have any specific needs, please indicate them during registration so we can support you accordingly.
7. Will food be provided?
Yes, we will provide meals and snacks throughout the conference, including vegan and gluten-free options.
8. Is there support for accommodation?

10. Can I attend online?
We will make recordings available after the conference.
11. Is this a Jewish-only event?
No. The conference is open to all communities engaged in anti-colonial and solidarity work, with a special focus on Palestinian and other marginalized voices.
12. What safety measures will be in place?
Due to the political nature of the event, we are taking security very seriously. For safety reasons, detailed protocols will not be made public. We ask all participants to engage respectfully and responsibly.
13. I have booked, how and when will I receive my ticket?
We will soon be sending out all personal tickets as a PDF, including QR code, by e-mail.
Please bring this ticket with you on each day of the congress - either printed out or saved digitally on your cell phone. You will need it for the daily check-in, as registration is required on each day.
If you have purchased several tickets, you will still only receive1 QR code. This code is valid for the check-in of all tickets in your order - just bring it with you and our team at the entrance will help you.
